I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this store. The staff treated customers differently based on race, and it was obvious in the way certain people were followed around, spoken to harshly, or ignored entirely while others received friendly service. No customer should ever feel unwelcome or judged while shopping. The management seriously needs diversity and sensitivity training because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
