I took my daughters here for a pre wedding spa day. It was a wonderful experience for all. The staff were professional and friendly. Great service! I look forward to returning.
Just tried to use a gift card my mother-in-law gave me at the spa. Was told that it has no balance because it's expired. No where on the card does it have an expiration date. So, they took her money and I received no services. I feel that is very bad business practice and will never go to this spa again. Be careful if you buy gift cards! I made me leave a 1 star or it would be 0!
I do not know what these other reviewers are talking about. I have gone to Silken Body Day Spa for over 15 years and have never had bad service or anything unhygienic or a bad experience with the phone or hair. In the first place they don’t do hair. It is a great place, with wonderfully sweet personnel. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away.
Horrible customer service on the phone. Very rude, can hardly understand a word the lady was saying.
