I placed an order a month ago for about $300 and I've had no communication on when it will ship. I have sent a number of email to get no response. I know embroidery takes time but months? I would be fine if I could get some communication. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I would cancel my order but this is stuff for work. It would be nice to be able to look like the rest of my team.

Mario "Vasquez" is the worst example of a manager there is! He lacks professionalism to an extreme! But the company, employees and the rest of the management team are great!
