She was super nice and very accommodating. Very nice vehicle. Not a lot of personality but better than the opposite :)
We used Silk Road for the day to take 6 of us to a few wineries. Communication was fantastic, driver (Ozzie) arrived in time and was friendly and provided water for everyone. Would definitely use them again!
Our driver was professional, cordial, timely, and very helpful whenever special circumstances arose during our day together. In short, excellent service!
