I’ve been here on a number of occasions and previously me and my partner have been impressed by the quality of the massage. Unfortunately tonight was an abysmal experience and it looks as though there may have been some staffing changes. Paid for an hour, it really didn’t start for 10 mins at least from the appointment time and it finished 5 mins prior to my partner, who had 1 hour and started at the same time , also so really paid 1 hour for a 45 mins service. I’ve tried getting massage here a few times. It’s so bad. They don’t know what they’re doing. I’m currently getting a massage and I don’t even know why I’m here. Wish I could just up and leave but they ask you to prepay.
