I have had an amazing experience at Silk Medspa! I have been seeing Elham for over a year now for laser treatment, and have been getting good results! She is very patient and friendly and is always willing to accommodate needs!

I had a very bad experience at this spa. One of the staff members, named Elham, was extremely rude and constantly lied. The owner, Shabnam, was no better—she has no respect for customers and clearly knows nothing about running a business. I had a $150 credit with them. Because of their lies and unprofessional behavior, I decided not to continue with their services and asked for my money back. They refused.
