I had an appointment booked for treatment on 16 January 2026 at 12:00 pm. On 15 January, I missed two phone calls from the clinic at 11:35 am and 5:31 pm as I was at work and unable to take calls. I did not receive any text message or email to confirm the appointment, which had been the usual communication method previously.
