It was my first experience of going for laser hair removal and the team were super friendly, knowledgable and made me feel extemely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silk Laser Clinic. I spent $1400 on two CoolSculpting sessions at their Karrinyup and Innaloo locations, and unfortunately, I have not observed any improvement in the treated areas. The customer service/liaising department is really lacking in this store. I had an appointment for Botox today which I made 3 months ago and received a confirmation/reminder email yesterday and when I turned up this morning I was informed that not only was my appointment not on the computer anymore, but the Kylie who does the injections had taken a week off.
