This was my first Bacial (back facial) and it was amazing. I couldn’t be happier. I have never been so relaxed. Tiffany took her time and was so thorough and caring. The massage was heavenly. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. From booking all the way through the service Tiffany was a professional. I booked my daughter an appointment before I left. She is coming to visit me in a couple of weeks and I can’t think of anything better to kick off her vacation than a visit to Silhouette by Design and Tiffany! ... read more

Unprofessional and rude. Arrived for an appointment early and had difficulty locating the it, called and it was answered “hello”. Doors locked, no one was there. Called again after waiting another 10 minutes (now 10 minutes past my appointment time), no answer, but she called back and said she was on her way but late because she was doing laundry.
