I cannot recommend silpsa, Jess and Emma enough! I have been a customer for years. It is such a welcoming and relaxing space. Jess knows what she is talking about. Thank you for your expertise and artistry. Absolutely impeccable!!

This one star review is not based on actual services provided. Rather It is based solely on the customer service experience. Specifically, the cancellation policy is too inflexible. There needs to be some discretion when extenuating circumstances arise. And no consideration was given. Telling someone that a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to their next visit does nothing to encourage or entice them to come back. Fantastic staff and service! Always happy with whatever services I've gotten here. I have very sensitive skin and they are always able to accommodate me with all of the products used for my facials and waxing. Would highly recommend them to others!
Sil Spa is absolutely amazing! I would recommend it over and over again. The girls are all so kind, wonderful and talented! I’ve never been disappointed leaving Sil Spa. The space is beautiful, everything is clean and fresh. The products they use are fantastic as well! I’m looking forward to my next appointment!
