This workshop was a powerful learning experience that helped me heal past emotional wounds and put an end to the grudges and guilt I held for years. The combination of the music and the meditation strategies took me to a different dimension, where I was able to connect to myself and had the opportunity to connect with my loved ones in another way. I loved the class, the emotions and feelings it produced in my body, mind, and soul, and the energy from the instructor and the participants.
My breath work session with Silvia was transformative. Starting with the movement really helped me get into my body so I could dive into the breath work session. The headphones really helped me stay in my own experience and her guidance through the breathwork was powerful! I dove deep into healing with my past self and felt the lotus flower of my heart open. I highly recommend working with Silvia any chance you get!!

El dia 6 De Octubre, 2023 fui para Florida con mi amiga a un retiro de Silvia. La cual me invito a los Niños Sagrados. Todo esto era nuevo para mi. Pero al escuchar todo lo magnifico que me decia mi amiga sobre estos hongos dije yo quiero sanar. Habia estado tomando medicamentos para la depression y aun asi me sentia horrible.
