You definitely see more employees on cellphones at all times of the day rather than doing patient care. I have seen some CNA’s working really hard while you have some at the end of the hall on phones not helping their coworker. If you have someone in a facility you need to check on them everyday! Shout out to those CNA that give it their all!! Should not be hard to spot them at all!!!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Do not recommend at all!! This place and staff is horrible!
My family is very grateful for the care and service my aunt has received at Genesis/Siler City, on both the regular and memory care halls. The staff are dedicated, professional, and kind, and they are timely in keeping me informed about my aunt's condition. Since my aunt moved here from out of state, it has been especially good to see her make friends with staff and other residents. I visited the facility and found The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely attentive to the needs of everyone. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming feel. It was comforting to see excellent customer service the administration and everyone I came in contact with had.
