A detox from busyness: It was well worth every penny and the time/effort. Disconnecting for a few days can be life-changing as it gives the voice deep within yourself time to speak. The 'hard stop from the noisy world' gives your soul a chance to reset by breaking destructive patterns you might not even be aware of until you stop. I appreciate the design of the daily schedule designed to bring us together, offering just enough guidance, a bit of yoga, guided meditation, and just basking in the silence of meditating together.... read more

This was a life changing experience for me -to disconnect from all the noise in the world and tune into the sounds within, letting go of the old and embracing the new. The silence allowed me to find my inner child self, who brought me to tears with how much love he has shown me that resides within us all. Ruth & Bruce are the sweetest, most loving humans I have ever met. You instantly feel comfortable in their presence. I feel everyone can benefit from a silent stay retreat. What a balm for the soul. After my Silent Stay retreat I felt rested and more mentally clear than I've felt in a long time. Beautiful location. Highly recommended.
