The massage was solid but the customer experience was not. They charged us before we even got the the appointment. They had us fill out all these forms, we were running a few minutes behind so with everything that needed to be done, our massage was 35 minutes and we paid $225 for a couples massage. Overpriced and not customer centered. You would think they would change their approach with so many people saying the same thing
Do not go here. They have you do all this paperwork and don’t start on time and then doc it from your total massage time which is only 50 minutes. They also charged before we even arrived. Terrible experience and will not be back
Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Ebony! I also called day of to book a massage, which I know is typically unlikely, but the customer service team was super accommodating and helpful. Ebony was very nice, checked in on pressure, and really gave me the deep tissue experience (the ‘hurts so good’ kind). She also took time afterward to share areas of my body I should stretch for the next few days as they were extra tight. I will definitely be back!
I booked a lymphatic massage two days in a row. The first day I have Zoila and she was fantastic. The second day I had a male and he did not use any lotion or oil during majority of the session, he did not do my back at all and I asked for full body AND HIS HANDS WERE HOT AND SWEATY THE ENTIRE TIME. By far the WORST massage I’ve had in my entire life, and it was $125. If Zoila wasn’t so great I would never come back.
Unprofessional staff and bad customer service. After sending private message about a poor experience, I was offered a complimentary session. When I reached out to redeem this, customer service stopped replying to me and did not follow through on what they initially offered.
