Keeps constantly sending me marketing texts from different phone numbers despite repeated attempts for me to unsubscribe. They clearly bought my phone number off some list and are using unethical marketing practices to text me. I’ve never gotten a massage in charlotte.
My experience here was not satisfactory and the opposite of what I booked and wanted. When I walked in there was no one up front for a few minutes, but I wasn’t greeted very warmly by taylor when she did walk up and she also didn’t apologize for the wait. My massage and facial were heavenly
We had an excellent experience here in September and returned recently with a larger group because of it. Unfortunately, the second visit fell short. There were 5 of us and most of us were getting a facial and massage. The facials were much more hands-off than before, with long mask periods and little added care like neck or hand massage. I recently had the aroma therapy massage with Zoila and hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in Charlotte. She was so nice and professional. I can tell she loves her job and takes pride at what she do. I am definitely booking with her going forward!
