This place is very unprofessional! The secretary specifically told me where to go and once I arrived they saw my appointment and said go to Inglot. Inglot is not even part of their establishment. The lady got me to the back and couldn’t even tell me about the product she was as about to use on my skin so I walked out!!! Not sorry, but you’re not about to play in my face. Do better.
This spa is incredible! If you want a massage specialist who will pinpoint the areas causing you pain, see Tonya! She is incredible and extremely good with her hands and finding the root cause. If you want someone who relax you and make you feel amazing, see Denise, she is a special person who pours her heart into her job. You can’t go wrong with any massage specialist at Silent ❤️❤️
My boyfriend and I came for a massage and facial. Zoila gave me my massage, she was very thorough yet gentle. My boyfriend thought his massage therapist was thorough and firm as he requested. Both of our facials left our skin glowing and feeling moisturized. We will be back in the future!!
First off I booked on Groupon 90$ for my birthday. When I came in for my appointment they scanned my Groupon and told me to get my massage. As I was leaving they ran me down telling me to pay. I said uh I already did. She said no Groupon I’m like lady u scanned it I paid I’m not paying again. She put her hand in my face and walked off. Literally tried too scam me. Rude. Smh never will come back
I am visiting from Cleveland. I booked a hour massage and LOVED my experience. I recently had a hi replacement and have been experiencing bad back pain. The massage was relaxing but focused on my sore spots. I will definitely e back when we return to Charlotte. It was also very reasonable/a hour for 85.00!
