People work there are very friendly and noligable on how to help you manage your money. I've been a member since 1989 and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Being a loyal longtime customer here, I have always been welcomed by the staff well. Today, a override was needed to complete my transaction and the woman who is in charge asked me to put down my mask, in which I am not normally asked and am uncomfortable. I explained to her politely that I am not comfortable and she rolled her eyes and writes down a massive note on my account. Terrible credit union. Always issues with debit card declining & I have had them for a while now and have and keep a substantial amount of money in there and can not get any loans. Customer service is never available over phone. I will be closing my account.
