I have been with Sikorsky Credit Union for quite some time and they use to be so good. Seymour branch is absolutely horrible and incompetent. They no longer serve you … do not go here. Run and take your money elsewhere.
This bank is HORIBBLE for day to day credit card use, I have plenty of money in my account but card stays being declined, its embarrassing, im on vacation now and card declined all over Canada and I have been on hold for 40 minutes HORRIBLE customer service over the phone. Oh and all the branches are tied down to 1 branch location. Bank is only good for saving not day to day credit card
Eric and all staff were so helpful during our entire process. He answered all questions we had and provided the guidance we needed. Everything went smoothly and quickly.
Eric worked with me for an auto loan and he was great! He made everything so easy and less stressful.
