Not enough tellers! Very long lines!
Glad I do not have an account here. Waited 2 hours to see one of the office employees to handle my mother's estate and I felt like the gentlemen disrespected my time and my mom. I get its a Saturday but maybe you should have more office workers then on a Saturday to help process mine and the other few people who waited all day. Most people work Monday-Friday 9-5 and their only day to get there is a Saturday where your only open 3 hours. Maybe make 1day during the week where you close later???? Awful experience.
