Glad I do not have an account here. Waited 2 hours to see one of the office employees to handle my mother's estate and I felt like the gentlemen disrespected my time and my mom. I get its a Saturday but maybe you should have more office workers then on a Saturday to help process mine and the other few people who waited all day. Most people work Monday-Friday 9-5 and their only day to get there is a Saturday where your only open 3 hours. Maybe make 1day during the week where you close later???? Awful experience. Very good customer service and reliable bank
Wow. What a horrible experience. We went there to open a personal account and 2 business accounts. No prob with the personal, but when it came to the business accounts, they basically wanted an inappropriate amount of info beyond our corporate documents, including asking us how we planned to market our business and then asked for a copy of our "minutes." All that is way out of bounds. I had business accounts my entire career and I have never been asked to share private information like that. I guess they care more about thei... read more
