The girl at the drive thru was really helpful
This branch is absolutely horrible. Unless you are depositing money they do not help you at all and just push you to customer service. I usually go to the branch in Trumbull who made 1 phone call and my issue was solved. The manager told them not to call when the teller was ready to do so but he stopped her. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service here
