Good lawyer. He accommodates the charges for his clients and doesn't charge high fee like other lawyers in my area. Don't know about people who are complaining, but i have always received a good service at a lesser price. I referred my friend to him and she was happy to close her house with him given the lesser fee and getting same work done.
My experience with Mr Sikder was so unprofessional that I cannot imagine he is licensed. I had very simplistic pre-construction condo closings. But we almost did not make the closing because of his "fax" machine not working and lack of responsiveness both from him and his staff. It was not until I keep emailing and calling did I finally hear back from someone in his office - 2 business days before the closing! Very bed service.
We avail of Sikder services for so many years. A very helpful person. He had help us prepare documents needed for my Mom when she is about to pass away. He had visited us and my Mom during this difficult time of our lives when we are still live in Lexington ave. He remembers his clients well. This lawyer deserve more than a 3 star rating!
Absolute garbage service and very unprofessional. I tried to ask a simple question on the phone twice but they hung up both times. Third time I called, I brought up why they were hanging up the phone unprovoked and he told me to shut up. Very unprofessional. Do not give them your business.
