I hired this company for storefront signage and paid in full upfront. The total amount paid was $1,800 ($300 initial deposit, $750 for production, and $750 paid on the day of installation). The delivery timeline that was discussed was not met. The product delivered did not match the material that was described to me and was not usable. Signs Depot promised to install our sign within one week and collected a 50% deposit upfront. It has now been over 5 weeks with no installation, no updates, and zero response to calls or messages. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Taking customers’ money and then disappearing is misleading and shows a serious lack of integrity. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will have no choice but to pursue formal complaints and legal action. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
Absolutely amazing experience, extremely professional and very smooth process. They have their own in house graphics designers. Feni helped us design ours and she was very knowledgeable regarding how to design it and what would look nice. Her recommendations made a huge difference.
