I called last week and the lady answering the phone didn’t seem to know what to do to put an order together but kept saying “the owners are on vacation” The ownership changed and it’s terrible. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to make a couple signs that used to be turned around next day… hence the name signs by tomorrow. I explained they already had my design and proofs.
