Wrong patio set sent. No post office or collection point would accept return. Post office said I'd need to pay £18.85 but it wasn't clear where to send it to as there were different addresses on the package. As a wheelchair user I had had to pay a carer to waste an hour taking it to every returns place nearby. I couldn't reach the seller by phone.
