Posted originally under Ashleys (signature home at the time still), so putting here for the updated business name. What's your problem man, what's your problem! Screamed a Mr. Pemberton, the new owner at the time, down the phone. Unhinged. This was probably 2 years ago so maybe the owner is now someone who knows how to speak to people. Apparantly the customer is to know their delivery schedule availability and also arrange the fitter to install replacement items under warranty. Not how things work.
All your furniture needs will be met.
Family-owned local business. The staff genuinely care and offer a decent selection of Murphy beds, furniture, and appliances—also a great place to get your paint. Tristan and Sabrina were very helpful.
Terrible customer service. No communication about the replacement order for damaged goods, no ownership of responsibility, and constant blame-shifting. I will never use them again and strongly warn others not to. This business does not value customers, and makes you chase them for answers at every step.
Warning: Do not buy a hot tub from this business. Arctic Spas are extremely expensive and though they come with a warranty, there is almost no one available locally to fix them. Ours did not work from the moment we first turned it on. It took over a month to get it working the first time. Eighteen months later, it is not working again and again, it has been nearly a month that we have waited for it to be fixed with no end in sight.
