Furniture looks nice, but recliner had made you sink down into it and squeaks terrible just to sit down in it. They had to come out once to pull fabric as it was bunched up on chair. Bought 2 chairs and sofa. Seems furniture in show room better made than same thing you order for home. Yes....just before went out if business so maybe didn't care how well product made. Disappointed in quality.
I have the most beautiful conversational sofa and two chairs from Signature for my new living room in my new home. Olivia helped me customize the upholstery and it's absolutely perfect. Affordable as well, and they worked with me on order/deliver dates to coincide with my home being built. She suggested a recliner and let me tell you, it doesn't look like a traditional recliner but it's JUST as comfortable. I love Signature Furniture and will continue to shop with them to outfit the rest of my home!
They sold us defective furniture! Gashed our new floors during installation and cussed us out on the phone when we asked for help. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Richard is a terrible man with an impossible ego!

Great local business with fair prices and fair people to deal with. I like stores where the staff can explain to me the difference in items and make suggestions that would work best for me.
