Two crew lounges, filled with uncomfortable couches and only one recliner. Hope you don’t have to wait at Signature long because you will be uncomfortable!

I wish I could say more but the facility is simply out-classed by Sheltair within walking distance. The nearby Sheltair facility has a full Gym. Sauna, Fly 305 Bistro, wonderfully comfortable recliners for a nap and even a snooze room if you need quiet. Signature fees were nearly 40% more for the piston-single to sit in the ramp for the day than Sheltair. We have flight to Cleveland at 2100 hrs via vista jet. A soon i arrive around 20:34 hrs I approached the black American guy at the desk.. guess what? Feels like am playing puzzle with him.. though I provided all the necessary details his still insisting what’s the tail number of the aircraft? SIR whoever you are, that computer screen was purposely to check the update flight details..not for your evening time entertainment.. You’re not Helpful.. needed a lot of training for customer assistance..
