I got to work with Alex for my bike fitting and have no complaints. Alex was super attentive and knowledgeable. Turnaround time was quick. The whole team really knows what they're doing!
IMPECCABLE 🥇🥇 A high caliber shop offering custom bikes & distinguished service! Was doing a Best Buddies Bike Ride with Mark Cavendish aka The Manx Missile. Signature Cycles hosted the event and provided the food, espressos, & domestiques PROS: 1) outstanding service 2) unique custom bikes 3) fantastic venue 4) bathroom with a shower 5) professional bike fitting 6) nice selection of clothing & shoes 7) terrific espressos 8) well organized coffee ride CONS none, as far as I can tell
After nearly 5yrs of working with the Signature team, I feel I can give them the strongest endorsement. I’ll tell you why: They are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, hospitable, experienced, detail-oriented, and very technical when needs be. These guys are great! I had a bike fitting, and I was a bit nervous as I did not purchase the bike through them. We have all had types of experiences where we "aren't really their customers" as we didn't purchase the bike through the bike shop. However, this was not the case with Signature and Alex. Had a great, personalized bike fitting here on Friday with Alex, the bike fitter. Abraham and Alex welcomed me when I arrived, assessed my needs and helped me fine-tune my setup, Lowell my handlebars slightly and pushing them out a smidge. They also had me test numerous seats and helped me find an ideal one. Alex and Abraham were skilled and meticulous with details.
