Have you used Signature Conveyancing twice in the past 3years for the sale of our sons and mothers property. On both occasions found Lauren and her team to be very professional in the way they communicated and dealt with the relevant paper work. I never had an issue contacting the office or getting a response to questions. Lauren also dealt directly with the Real Estate Agent in providing the relevant Section 32 for the sale of the two properties. We used the service for both selling and buying and had no issues at all. I would recommend this service.
Very poor communication. Miscalculated our settlement fee incorrectly twice, including suggesting we were hundreds of thousands of dollars short of making settlement. We were not. Rarely responded to an email. I do not recommend.
