RecommendedI ordered customized long sleeve shirts for some squadron pride. I was very indecisive on what style of shirt I wanted and they were very helpful and patient in making sure I had all the size options/measurement information before placing my order. The shirts came out great and I was very happy with the customer service I received!

Very sad that Hockey Day in Minnesota used this company for their apparel orders for the teams playing in this tournament! I get that when you order online that you don’t always get what you want but 99.9% of those companies will work with their customers to make them happy! This company does not! Would not recommend this company to any teams looking to order custom apparel for their teams! Also some of the people with reviews on this FB page are employees of the company...sad!

Even after they originally couldn't give us the size we ordered and then followed that by shipping the replacedment to the wrong address so we never received it, no one from this company ever apologized for either of their mistakes. The item we ordered was for a state tournament so they won't make another one, even though they could, so we'll never get that keepsake item. Mistakes do happen but customer service is supposed to still exist.
Was initially told upon ordering my son's jersey that it would be ready in 3-4 weeks, but it will, in reality, end up being 8-10.
