For one the language barrier from the private bankers is horrendous. Secondly I spoke to corporate before coming in regarding cashing a check. And they were beyond unhelpful. I am closing our accounts.
It took over an hour to close out an account. Employees are not friendly and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
