Terrible customer service over the telephone. The staff are rude and the General Manager is highly incompetent. 15 mins before they close, they transfer clients to voicemail. Very unprofessional branch.
This bank should be banned of doing business in the United states, it's a crime! I sold my house and received at the closing a check from the sellers attorney of the full amount, ($430,000) I deposited the check to my Chase account and it's now over a week and not a single dollar is available, I called my bank numerous times all they are telling me is that signature did not pay the check yet nor did they verify, they attempted to call signature Bank and the response was we don't verify checks over the phone, Chase was kind t... read more
