Sad excuse for a private bank. There are much better options. These folks behave like they are Citibank. Given that, you are much better off using one of the big guys who have a website from this decade (Flagstar certainly doesn’t), among other amenities. Given the inherent limitations of smaller banks (like their recent tendency to go belly up), the only reason to go with them is for superior, thoughtful and individual service.
