I was dealing with Kate lynch. You have to watch how you talk to her over the phone. She kept talking to me like I was being rude and told me I was being confrontational when I was literally just asking questions. I've never done this kinda thing before so i was just asking more clairifing questions when she was telling me the next step to take.
