I sent in a case evaluation inquiry on their website after several people suggested this firm to me and received a call later that day. The woman, Kate, initially sounded pleasant but when I began to ask a simple question, she cut me off mid-sentence and said she had another appointment and to write it down for our consult. Everyone I have interacted with at this firm is so wonderful. It's obvious the team cares about their interactions with clients. Highly recommend doing business with them

Kept giving them information for months. They kept saying verbally we will most likely take your case. Then finally we get a call at 2pm saying yes we'll take your case. Two hours later, sorry we won't be taking your case, you'll get a letter in the mail. I can't think of a more unprofessional way to handle the situation. I'm in shock how that was handled.
