I am a broker who uses SIGMA as my back office. I have worked with several other big name "broker dealers" (that's what SIGMA is) and I have no interest throwing praise at people who are undeserving. But I am being completely honest when I tell you that this company is 100% focused on helping the investor. WORST SERVICE EVER. Constantly losing paperwork, has given my boyfriend the wrong fax numbers, cannot give proper instructions. We’ve been dealing with them for MONTHS, trying to sort out moving money into my boyfriend’s name from his grandmother’s name. I cannot fathom how in 2021 this is possibly an issue.
