I use the OvrC App on my phone to reset or reboot devices in my Home Theater. Since I live in South Florida, we get power glitches all the time when a storm is in the neighborhood. This will sometimes cause some of the components in my system to stop working and require a reboot. My components are in a cabinet which makes it almost impossible to reach the power cord to unplug and plug them back in. I’ve unfortunately dealt with a few Crestron dealers in the past and none of them come close to the quality service that Sights N Sounds offer. Joe and Joey are responsive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, creative and solution driven. In less than a week after contacting them, they have been to my place, taken over my system, sorted out some issues and established what I hope will be a long lasting business relationship.
