I’ve unfortunately dealt with a few Crestron dealers in the past and none of them come close to the quality service that Sights N Sounds offer. Joe and Joey are responsive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, creative and solution driven. In less than a week after contacting them, they have been to my place, taken over my system, sorted out some issues and established what I hope will be a long lasting business relationship. I couldn’t endorse them more!
Joe & Carlos from Sights n Sounds were great. Joe was helpful & informative with the sales process. The installation date was timely. Carlos the installation tech was great, he took his time & fully explained everything. I would definitely use them again.
Sights N Sounds recently modernized my whole-home audio system that they had originally installed many years ago. The new system features Crestron equipment, with ease of use via smartphone or optional control pads (I had them install 2 out of 6 total rooms). My entire family is thrilled! We can all now instantly fire up music of our own choosing into rooms of our own choosing!
