Stay far away from this lawyer Faranaz. She will sign with a smile and then never answer your calls again. If she wins your case, she then takes her 30 % and then another 20 % in disbursements. Do yourself a favor, get EVERYTHING I writing, including what disbursements ahell be charging.
I would definitely recommend going else where for your personal injury claims. After 4 years my lawyer failed to have the appropriate documents for my defence, was not prepared for mediation. In the end I was deducted 48% from my offer, although my contract was for 30%. New fees were added after the fact. My case as a whole was handled poorly , big numbers are thrown but they can not follow through with their outcome.
