All of the staff at Richmond Woods Apartments are excellent! We have been very impressed. At this time we especially want to commend Neelum (at the main reception desk). My little dog Bella got out and was running around outside. A Good Samaritan picked her up and brought her back and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Lord and thank you Neelum Amjad (my angel) at the front desk for her absolutely wonderful help in telephoning and posting pics. I am deaf and Neelum has always gone far beyond to help me when I needed it. All the staff at Richmond Woods are just wonderful people and I recommend Richmond Wood without any hesitation at all.
