Accommodation is great and the service is good.
I find the staff standoff-ish . Basement floods every rainfall Carpet is old, worn & thin. Kitchen flooring rolls out away from the wall Maintenance manager is an arrogant bully! Rent increases annually but there’s no upgrades. Lived here almost 10 years
I've lived here for 17 years. Most of the staff, is friendly. I was told 2 years ago. That my unit was going to get new flooring and the fence would be getting fixed. Now I get the run around like it's my fault for being clean and taking care of their property. We can't even get our driveway fixed properly. Patch jobs again for the fifth year.
