I had a great experience with this towing company when my tractor got stuck in deep mud. Rudy was the one who came out to help, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived quickly, brought the right equipment, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Rudy handled the situation with care and professionalism, making sure the tractor was pulled out safely without any damage. It wasn’t an easy job, but he made it look smooth and under control.
My tow truck driver went above and beyond not only did this company successfully get me my three kids, my wife and my three dogs off of the stranded side of the highway. They also got my vehicle and my trailer towed us to the closest AutoZone and the tow truck driver personally fixed my vehicle and got us back on the road. He replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner pulley. Had it not been for this driver my family and I would’ve been stuck in the AutoZone parking lot because all shops were closed. Agent came promptly and changed the tire. He would only accept cash for payment. He had no receipt book. After contacting the office at least 5 times, still no receipt has been recieved!
