Bought a hammock and stand from this company which wasn't cheap and was sent the wrong hammock. No-one answers the phone or returns messages or emails after many many attempts. I would just like the hammock I paid for.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY ETA Siesta Hammocks have terrible Customer service - There is No Way of contacting them if you have an issue! - Their phone number doesn't work - They don't reply to their Admin address emails. -The only communication with this company is through their online chat on their website (Which still couldn't help with locating my order or give me my tracking number) I have emailed multiple times requesting a Tracking number for my Order and had NO RESPONSE whatsoever?? not sure how they have a 4.5 star ... read more
super fast shipping and amazing communication services. I had alot of questions and i needed abit of help with afew things, with that i was meant with kindness, understanding and everything was smooth sailing. amazing service.
I can highly recommend Siesta Hammocks. Had a small issue and their after care service is excellent.
