I've just had my granite countertops installed by Sierra Tile. The whole experience was a good one! Lindsey and Amber in the showroom were so helpful assisting in the choice of granite. There are so many beautiful ones to choose from! Isidro and Ricky did a very professional job installing, and my beautiful steel gray granite looks just beautiful! Thank you Sierra Tile!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Sierra Vista Tile! We found the perfect, beautiful porcelain countertop to replace the cold gray granite in our house. I showed them a picture from Pinterest of a design I liked, and they quickly helped me narrow down similar options. This company installed our floor tile 4 years ago. One tile has come loose and is making noise when you walk on it. We called them and gave them all the pertinent information and in return they gave us a bid of $750 to fix one tile that failed because of their shoddy installation. I say "shoddy" because of the way they skimped on grout between the tiles...which I've tripped on so many times because the edge of my shoe sole catches on the grout gully!! I would not recommend this company.
This company really stands behind their warranty. Our kitchen counter developed a couple of stains while under warranty. They came repeatedly to try various poultices and solutions tailored for that purpose. There is no longer any evidence of the stain. They also fixed a small crack that had developed near the stain. 5 stars to this company!
