1/11/2025 since all these "good" 5 star reviews seem to be outdated! 1) BAD COMMUNICATION- Staff is terrible at communicating with family about their loves ones. One several occasions have we asked to know something and they never give callbacks for updates to the matter. 2)TERRIBLE CARE- My grandmother has fallen 2x under the staffs lack of care or supervision. BOTH TIMES she was on the floor helplessly, no nurse or aide in sight. They DO NOT care about residents only to take their social security checks every month! She ha... read more
