Let me be clear, they have a lovely tile selection. However, the staff rarely have their masks on until you check out and they allow guests not to wear them. They do not social distance as well. There are NO signs asking people to wear masks because they clearly don’t care. So yes, I left after a customer not only would not socially distance but also was not wearing a mask. Highly recommended you shop elsewhere. Our businesses should be keeping our community safe. They are not doing their part.
My husband and I just walked into Sierra Tile on Speedway, noticed that not one staffer was wearing a mask, per Tucson ordinance, so we left. They will not get our business and we will be posting this info on Facebook groups.

The reps are very helpful and very patient. Great quality products and the prices are very reasonable. We were able to get a very good quality porcelain tile at close out prices.
This is a fantastic store! Always have what I need. Their staff is amazing always super helpful! Love them customer for life. They supply all my tile art supplies!
Sierra Tile has outstanding service and tile. Frank Sr. and Frank Jr. have assembled a skilled and helpful staff. Chris, George and the rest of the team are great for design and following up on tile orders.
