I've been dealing with addictions my entire adult life. I've gone to several rehabs, read through books about my specific issue, reading them from front to back, implementing all of the advice given by the doctors, experts and so on. I've meditated. I've prayed. I've gone cold turkey, I've quit slowly and methodically. I've been to groups, I've been to solo counseling, I've taken medications, you get the idea. I smoked a pack and a half of cigarettes a day from the ages 13-49 I smoked my last cigarette in the parking lot before my first appointment with Jeanne and I have not smoked since and it’s been 5 months so far Thank you Jeanne
