Terrible experience. Fluctuated between days of 0 communication to days of constant communication asking for changes in semantics on the same document multiple times. After closing, the Title Company wrote a check to the Home Owner's Insurance company that was short more than $200. The Insurance Company reached out to Sierra Pacific on June16th to address the issue and Sierra Pacific was supposed to overnight a check for the difference. Never happened.
