THEY STOLE THE MONEY ORDER IF YOU DIDN'T PUT IN THE RECEIVER INFORMATION. I MAILED 2 MONEY ORDERS IN ONE ENVELOPE. THEY CASHED IN ONE, AND TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER ONE. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS LIAR COMPANY!!!!! If I can, I would give 0 star for the mortgage company. They had a cyber attack happened last few months ago. If I can, I would give 0 star for the mortgage company. They had a cyber attack happened last few months ago. And some of our information were surely exposed to the attacker. As a result, my payment methods that I saved in the website was gone. I would have to input it again. Unfortunately I put in a number that was one digit wrong from my bank account. Which result in my 3 months’ late payment. There were absolutely no apologies during these 3 months, nobody called or emailed to ask about why my payment didn’t go through. F... read more
