If you don't get off the truck and go check in somewhere far away, everyone will pass in front of you and no one will come and tell you that, there's no sign saying that either! Furthermore, when we tried to check in, a man told us to go back and wait, and only later were we informed that we needed to go check in, after 5 trucks had passed in front. Be careful, disorganized place!
shipping woman is rude and un clear
The nice lady in shipping office is spectacular!! All the drivers who say bad things probably don’t have their shit together. Speak and understand basic English have all your PPE on and your loading number/pick up number and you’ll have a pleasant experience. The forklift driver was 100% on point. My load was perfectly centered, squared and the weight was right. A bad experience with good people is usually a reflection of you and your actions!! White Mountain Trucking driver. Joe
By far the worst place I've checked in at. The woman that works in shipping was very unprofessional and speaks in a very rude manner. It's not like I walked in there yelling at her. NOPE. Just walked in happy as can be only to be talked to as if I just ruined her LIFE. It's not my fault she's miserable. Maybe working at a DMV would be a better fit for her! :) Talk about a mood killer
