Very easy to communicate with the staff, mostly via emails. Their portal is easy to navigate and upload docs and the turnaround time was very quick.
Billy has been preparing our tax return for a few years now and the process they have in place with the portal that you can upload all necessary documents is verily convenient and easy to follow. The price is also reasonable with the fast service they provide. I recommend his business to people.
