I always love going into this store. Yesterday I went into the store, found some furniture I wanted to purchase, looked everywhere for someone to help me. After searching the entire store I saw a Blonde gal in the back at her desk, I had to address her, she just looked up and said nothing. She never asked if I needed help. You lost out on what would have been a very profitable day.

Be forewarned....My experience of ordering custom furniture was HORRIBLE, primarily because of Robin, the owner. It took months and many call/emails (initiated by me) to simply place a 3 piece custom furniture order. Did they not want/need business? Then when the furniture arrived, they tried to pressure me to let them deliver it when I was not there (Robin's preference, I was told).
