I booked a ride to Reno airport a month and a half in advance, as well as paying in advance. Three days before I'm supposed to be at the airport and no communication from Sierra Charters. I emailed them and then called, still no responce. The owner called me the morning I was supposed to be at the airport and says he isn't coming. Anger doesn't quite describe being stranded. Great way to get to the airport, the only one I could find and reasonably priced for the distance. Good experience, would do again.

We used Sierra Charters for our wedding and had a great experience with them. We had odd times for our event which they accommodated very graciously, and they also were very helpful with adding some extra stops on the route for a few guests who were just out of walking distance to our main pickup spots. They were an absolute bargain as well. Our guests really appreciated having the shuttle so they could enjoy the festivities and the bar to the fullest, and it all worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend!

It was a nightmare researching shuttles in Sierra City for our October 2021 wedding since it's very remote, so we were happy to find Sierra Charters! They were the most reasonably priced and well recommended in the area. They were responsive in the planning process and prompt on the day of our wedding. We got the small charter for the couple and bridal party and the large charter for our guests to go between the hotel and our ceremony site. They transported everyone safely and on time. Thank guys!

Great service. If you have an event I highly recommend Sierra Charters. Our driver went above and beyond to accommodate us and his driving was phenomenal. On the way to the event it was rainy; but, on the way home it was dumping snow. He drove great and got us all home safely. Great service. Plus, how fun is it for all your friends to be in one place having fun, enjoying eachother company on the way to and from your event. We had a blast.
