They want a $10 check cashing fee for $150 check that’s a bit excessive what’s the point in going to the bank that the check is from if they’re gonna charge to cash it I don’t understand that they didn’t mind seeing someone walk out the door unsatisfied
Have banked for years with SCCU but now there's a new machine and I need to get money but couldn't. What's with the raised numbers?? No more chip cards? Let alone no notice of change. Not happy at all. Had to go to a gas station and pay fees to get the few dollars I needed.
If I could give this bank franchise negative stars, I would. Imagine not having anyone to call if your account blocks payments during a 3 day weekend holiday and having to wait 3 whole days to handle business. Very unacceptable. This is money we are talking about!
