Wonderful customer service. Michael the manager is very nice.
I liked this place to bank because it made it convenient due to proximity, but they refused to open an account for my son at 4:50pm because they said its to close to closing when they close at 5:30pm...highly disappointed because my son literally took off work early to open an account and was turned around for their convenience. Probably gping to recommend him to open an account else where.
I hate banks, although Sierra Central is way different. The staff here is ridiculously friendly, attentive, and concious of your needs. From the manager, to the tellers, I have never had a better customer service experience than with the folks at the Wheatland branch. Thank you all so much for being amazing.
I was referred to this branch from RV Connection in Auburn for the financing of the trailer I wanted to purchase. The staff at the Wheatland branch were extremely helpful, getting me financed the next day! I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. Thank you!
